  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds (store in fridge)
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds (store in fridge)

The night before, add all ingredients in a bowl

  • Fill water to just above seeds, and let soak until morning
  • Grate to add milk and honey and have warmed
