I would recommend this as a 30 day challenge to have magic seeds in the morning either daily or every other day. This is such an effective way to gently cleanse the colon, reduce bloating, and increase the metabolism while getting your omegas!! You should make sure to drink lots of water, and expect it to start working after 2 to 3 days. After two weeks you will be jumping up yelling ‘seeds’! Let me know how it goes!
- 1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds (store in fridge)
- 1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds (store in fridge)
The night before, add all ingredients in a bowl and stir
- Fill water to just above seeds, and let soak until morning
- In the morning add milk (oat and almond work great!) and honey heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds
