Anti-aging Facial Exercises Workshop

We go to the gym to exercise our body, so I thought it made sense at the gym to do a workshop that focuses on exercising our face! There are so many different facial exercises out there. I have taken my education and knowledge about anti-aging and facial anatomy, and created a protocol you can have fun with that is effective.
What’s the purpose of facial exercises?
By carrying out regular facial exercises, you promote the circulation of blood to the different areas of the face, thus replenishing the oxygen supply in the muscles and the skin. They will create balance between overused and underused muscles. This will result in a bright complexion and beautiful healthy glow. It will also help stimulate skin cell regeneration! We all want that!
